For France, Portugal, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, UK (except Corsica and Sicily): We offer a free shipment service for orders over 300 Euros. For orders below 300 Euros the shipment cost will be 20 Euros.
For the rest of countries we offer a free shipment service for orders over 300 Euros. For orders below 300 Euros the shipment cost will be 35 Euros.
For online purchases, Bel Cashmere will refund the purchase price of merchandise returned in its original condition, not used and only if accompanied by the original tags attached and original packaging.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
Bel Cashmere reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at Bel Cashmere´s sole discretion.
Payment is only debited from your card when checkout is completed.
CAN I USE MULTIPLE CREDIT CARDS TO PLACE AN ORDER?
We only accept one credit card per order. You are more than welcome to place separate orders with different cards.
WHY IS MY CREDIT CARD BEING REFUSED?
The card in use may have expired.
You may have exceeded the authorized credit limit. Please contact your bank.
Your billing address may differ from your shipping address. Please call your credit card company to verify your information. A mismatch can cause an inconvenience in all purchases. Always check that all fields are filled in correctly.
DO I HAVE TO PAY VAT/DUTIES?
VAT/DUTIES may apply in countries outside the EU.

Yes! Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive a tracking number by email. You can check the current status of your shipment.

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?
The item(s) that you ordered may no longer be available. If an item in your order is unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items they will be shipped to you without the unavailable item.
IS BEL CASHMERE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES?
Yes, we are responsible for your order until you receive it.
