HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Your order should be delivered in 2 to 5 working days if you are in Spain or in 3 to 7 working days if you are in any other EU country.
HOW MUCH DO I PAY FOR DELIVERY SERVICE?
We offer a free shipment service for every product in Spain and Portugal.
For France, Germany, Holland, Italy, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, UK (except Corsica and Sicily): We offer a free shipment service for orders over 300 Euros. For orders below 300 Euros the shipment cost will be 20 Euros.
For the rest of countries we offer a free shipment service for orders over 300 Euros. For orders below 300 Euros the shipment cost will be 35 Euros.
¿CAN I RETURN AN ITEM BOUGHT AT BEL-CASHMERE .COM?
For online purchases, Bel Cashmere will refund the purchase price of merchandise returned in its original condition, not used and only if accompanied by the original tags attached and original packaging.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
Bel Cashmere reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at Bel Cashmere´s sole discretion.
¿HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN A PRODUCT?
Merchandise must be returned within 7 business days of the date of delivery.

After verifying all the details, we will send you an email to arrange the return.
For Spain (peninsula and Balear Island) and Portugal we will offer a freehome pick-up service, that will collect the package in the next 24-48 hours (working days).
For the rest of the countries and Canary Islands, with the return confirmation email we will send the postal details in order for the client to arrange the delivery. In these cases, the cost of returning the products shall be borne by the Client. Any cost sustained by the Client in the return of products is not refundable. It is recommended that the products be returned using a courier, insuring the entire value of the item and using a tracked delivery service. Bel Cashmere cannot be responsible for reimbursement or compensation of products returned but not received by Bel cashmere due to loss, theft or damage that is not attributable to Bel cashmere.
DO I HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING TO RETURN MY ITEMS?

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND AMOUNT?
After approving the return (the items have to be in perfect condition and have the inside tags) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be paid into your account in a few days. Remember that the credit card payment always depends on your bank.
